Refunds Are Granted If:
- You purchased the same product more than once
- The product is not delivered due to a technical issue on our end (and you report it within 3 days)

- You changed your mind after purchase
- You do not have the necessary software/tools to use the product
- You claim the product is not what you expected, without prior contact or clarification
