Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds Are Granted If:

  • You purchased the same product more than once

  • The product is not delivered due to a technical issue on our end (and you report it within 3 days)

Refunds Are Not Granted If:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You do not have the necessary software/tools to use the product

  • You claim the product is not what you expected, without prior contact or clarification

How to Request a Refund
